CHEMICAL STORAGE CABINETS

Cabinets are fabricated out of Galvanized Iron (Zinc coated) sheets and duly coated with epoxy powder for good aesthetics. Top portions of the cabinet shelves are covered with corrosion resistant PP sheets/ Compact laminates as per requirement or the cabinet is fully lined internally with high quality FRP

The cabinet is designed in such a way to exhaust gases from each compartment. Each compartment is provided with necessary cut-out on rear panel for evacuation of gases.

Top and bottom panel of the cabinets are provided with necessary grills for fresh air intake to the cabinet. A flanged outlet is provided on the top side of the cabinet to connect the exhaust passage of the cabinet to exhaust duct connected to blower.

Cabinets are fabricated out of heat and chemical resistant high quality 6mm thick Phenolic Resin panels internally and covered with Epoxy Powder coated GI sheets externally for good aesthetics. Top portions of the cabinet shelves are covered with corrosion resistant PP sheets/ Compact laminates as per requirement.

The Passage for exhaust gases is created as Baffles system in Phenolic Resin panels and are designed in such a way to exhaust gases from each compartment. Each compartment is provided with necessary cut-out on rear panel for evacuation of gases.
